"I worked at Funding Circle for 18 months. My goal was to get promoted to a management position within my first year; it happened after 12 months to the day. I was a recipient of the Presidents Club Award given to the highest producing sales rep of the quarter (Q3 2019) and promoted to a sales team lead in early 2020. The company has one product and one dimensional and heavily impacted by COVID-19 and the charge off rates from clients / small business owners. There was great company culture for work-life balance, however maybe a little bit too much emphasis on that aspect. The company was generally ok with coming up short of goals which I am not accustomed to at all. At my previous two companies our goal was always to go above and beyond; which is what I am looking to bring to a sales organization in the next endeavor of my young career."
