"A few pros and cons about working at Fundera: My colleagues are extremely talented, hard-working, diligent and committed to the task at hand. Not enough is said or done about what they bring to the company, and it's a shame that their work and efforts are poorly rewarded. Fundera is unable to provide insight and transparency to the account executives to set them up for continued success. Instead, they resort to passive-aggressive management that leads a majority of the employees to resign in order for them to not collect unemployment, which is an unprofessional approach to running a company."
