"I don't like speaking negatively of a previous occupation but my experience at Fully Promoted has been awful from the start. I am the production manager and do the entire work of the store while our 2 other sales employees do absolutely nothing but play phone games. We had a negatively grossing 2019, the store owner has had store meetings about her paying payroll out of pocket because sales is minimal at best. There is absolutely no benefits, no room for advancement, outdated/broken machinery, hostile work culture, under-compensated employees, and dirty work place. I have been setting for less for over a year, and I am eager to find a profession where I am valued, have advancement opportunities, and can apply my education and experience."
