What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management really needs to reevaluate how the company is run as a whole. They need to start caring about their employees and their customers. Getting 15 + BBB complaints per day is BAD!!! If the internet says that your company is a scam and if every external source of feedback says that you are doing something wrong, then you seriously need to reevaluate how you do business. Your company's image needs to be seriously reevaluated and those responsible need to be replaced. They are ruining your company and stunting its growth."

"Don't expect too much, and this place will be alright."
What don't you like about working at Stuller?
"8hrs of no sunlight, can't leave building for lunch, must be at your work station on time, raises are are small and not guaranteed, hours are not flexible with college students....sometimes you have to work pass midnight"

"Just because someone works there for a long time, doesn't make them qualify to manage people."

"The actual job in itself. My colleagues, work environment, manager, distribution products were overall spectacular."

"The fact that my job was eliminated & outsourced to TN."
