Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Unless there has been a management overhaul I would not recommend pursuing an opportunity. A company with less than 100 employees experiencing a 25% or greater turnover in a 9 month span requires a culture and/or management change."

What don't you like about working at Fujikin?

"Unprofessional management which lead to high turnover based on an unnecessary stressful environment. Have a limited product line and a unwillingness to expand."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to revamp all of management."
