"As I reflect on my time spent at Fujifilm Diosynth, my body starts to shiver, my pulse begins to race, and my breathing becomes shallow. Working at such a wretched place can leave you with permanent mental scars that will not heal. Much like an abused housewife trying to please an inebriated, over demanding husband this is what it was like working at Fujifilm Diosynth. Nothing was ever good enough and the hours of sacrifice would never quench the demands from management. You can end up like a dog that has been beat too much, shaking uncontrollably in a corner and whimpering for hours on end. Fujifilm Diosynth has given quarters to a work culture straight out of a Dickensian workhouse. Meanness courses through the veins and arteries of some of those folks as easily as hemoglobin flows through everybody else’s. Nastiness appears to be the vital gas for life at Fujifilm Diosynth much like oxygen is needed for everybody else. Please look upon this review as a warning sign prior to accepting a position at such a company. You deserve better and there is better out there. One should not be beguiled by their initial friendly façade, because the dissent into Dante’s inferno awaits."

"Although the emotional wounds have healed, their scars will last in perpetuity as a reminder of the cruelty and the psychological torture that I endured while working there. Every day that I walked into work I felt, I was walking into an angry Hornet's nest of hatred. The attacks were unrelenting and coming from all directions and there was nothing I could do to mitigate the pain except suffer through the gauntlet until the end of the day. At Diosynth, meanness, nastiness, and latent hostility serve as coin of the realm and a few of them there have the delusional belief that they have amassed a small fortune being that way to others. Meanness, nastiness also serves as the bedrock foundation and the cornerstone to the hyper toxic work environment that is diosynth. Since management refuses to even acknowledge, let alone deal with this behavior, it often goes unchecked, and some cases even rewarded. Therefore, the victims often suffer in silence and just try to make it through each day. They put on the façade of a smile holding back the tears of pain and just hoping to make it through one more day.""

"Although the emotional wounds have healed, their scars will last in perpetuity as a reminder of the cruelty and the psychological torture that I suffered while working for such a horrible company. Every day that I walked into work, I felt as though I was walking into an angry Hornet's nest. The attacks were unrelenting and coming from all directions (both verbal and emails) and there was nothing I could do to mitigate them, except try to endure this gauntlet until the end of the day. Since management refuses to deal with this malevolance behavior, it often goes unchecked. Since most individuals are most taxed with too much work this behavior is seen as justifiable. Therefore, the victims often suffer in silence and just try to make it through each day. They put on the façade of a smile holding back the tears of pain and just hoping to make it through one more day."
