"Be patient, it took forever for me to hear back from them about getting hired."

"The pay was just awful and any bonuses that were given to departments just went to upper management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Find some way to pay more to the employees, they are the ones putting in the real effort to make the students feel secure and help them as much as they can. They deserved to be compensated accordingly."
