"I have worked for Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies since 2015, when I first began as a Mechanical Engineering Intern. I immediately fell in love with not only the products, but also the company and employees. I knew I wanted to continue working there if they would hire me full time upon graduation from college. They did. Freudenberg is a family owned business, and their employees are treated as such. The motto for the sealing technologies group is "Often Invisible, Always Essential". I find this to be true, and I have great pride in the products that we produce."

"Freudenberg-NOK is a small office setting of roughly 25 people + 200 manufacturing employees. Everyone is very self-sufficient and require little-to-no supervision which makes my job very easy to stay ahead of. Working as a Tier 1 (sometimes tier 2) supplier to the automotive OEM's, things can get rather hectic. In my 4.5 years with Freudenberg-NOK, requirements from Ford, GM, Chrysler are becoming more nearing of the impossible but I am still able to satisfy their needs. Having worked in industrial, medical and now automotive, I am capable of handling myself in numerous situations with different customers."
