"Not a good company either you're watched and micro managed all day or management doesn't care what you do. Depends who the manager is that year. High turn over. No culture. Theres a lot of gossip and backstabbing in the company from corporate to management down to the clerks. They don't recycle anything. The bottle returns go in the trash also the plastic bags you put in the recycling bin go in the trash. This place is only an image. They may have healthy foods but they don't care about mental or emotional health here. They're all for the money. Put up or shut up would be their unspoken motto. Only people with low self esteem and no self respect work here. There will be no raises or promotions and even if there is they can take it from you anytime. There are no employee rights and they objectify and exploit your talents and energy here. Its not worth the money even if you made 100k a year. You'll have no life because they'll own it and in the end they wont value or even appreciate anything you do. They want you to fail and that's why it is failing.
