"The organization is very vital to the produce/floral industry in California. However as staff, you are at the will of the Board of Directors and if those individuals are not superior and understand their role versus staff, it can make for a dicey situation. The office atmosphere is first rate, with state of the art technology and a very calm, appealing office design. You work some nights and weekends but you get comp time to off set the additional time."
