What do you like about working at Fresh & Easy?

"The pay is very good... they have bonuses but we get the very least amount possible. Being we are the ones on the floor making production possible. On the other hand management gets big fat bonus checks for just sitting around all day."

"The pay is good... but if you want to be respected and treated fairly this is not the place for you."

"There is a lot of favoritism.they brag about their values but do not follow any of them.half of the management there is a joke.they have no people skills whatsoever. Every manager power tripps. They care only about themselves and not the company as a whole.the atmosphere is every man for themselves"

"need to get retrained and take some people skills classes. Praise your workers motivate them..not threaten them and demean them by telling them how horrible they are doing...most managers there could care less about their employees and show so much favoritism. .then they wonder why employees stopped caring for the job.."
