"I enjoyed learning more about Lean 6 Sigma. I also became certified as a White and Yellow Belt. I enjoyed working with the Team Members and other members of management on a daily basis. Team Work was the theme at this facility."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Have a clear understanding of distribution as a whole, from receiving to shipping out to the customer."

What don't you like about working at Cardinal Health?

"There was no opportunity for advancement."

"Improve the training and development plan for management personnel."
