"Badly managed, very top down don't take advice from highly experienced people who could make a difference,drunken sales culture of the 50's, dishonest management, I was hired on a pack of dis honesty to find 2/5 th of my profit centers where on the way out only told once I was hired"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat the employees that bring the money in with respect. Employees should not have to pay for the privilege of working for a company. The company should pay them for there efforts and successes. Whole new management team and structure needed."
