"to much gossip, family members working together, does not see senuarity, jelouse coworkers, bosses play and pick favorites, no disaplene, bosses do not see the real problems to other coworkers agressiveness, no team work in some departments, expects to perfect of jobs and workers instead of agnoliging the ones that are trying and working , 2 faced managment, rules only apply to some people not others"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"care, find out what the employies would like to do to bring sales up , have department meetings when everyone can attend, not tell workers they irritate or bug or make me nervous, give all employes a chance to learn and do the job, alternate departments so everyone learns every job in evrey department , give all with company 5 years or more opptions, to 40 hours, higher pay, advancedment , input ,"
