"A great job for a college student, however I am glad to be done frying chicken. Depending on the store, it can be ether wonderful or a nightmare. The pay is not very good and it seems like the higher ups would rather see turn over than experienced workers. I think they have the wrong idea and that it costs more money to train new people than to just pay someone more that has been there longer. I felt like if I wanted to move up, I might get let go instead."
