"You get boxed into your job, a lot of hierarchy and politics. HR is there to support and help the company more than help employees. Pay is low and there is always an excuse for a low pay increase."

"I didn't like middle management. They showed favoritism to certain employees. The growth development for everyone else needs work. They favor certain people and it showed, having one person 80% of the time in the manager's office."

"Senior Management needs to check up on middle mgmt, make surprise visit once in awhile."
