"I worked as a contractor at FRS for approximately five years and sadly watched what began as a great company decline precipitously. New Management moved headquarters from Boulder, Co to Boston and as result lost the passionate outdoor enthusiast staff that made the company so valuable to the sporting goods industry. After losing their biggest most profitable clients to the competition, they were reduced to trolling for any pitiable contract they could scrape up. Working environment became unbearable as experienced people left in droves and unreasonable expectations became the norm. I can only strongly caution those looking for this type work to stay as far as possible from this company."
