What do you like about working at Frank Crystal & Co.?
"I did not like it at all."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Frank Crystal and Company is hiring constantly. A lot of the headhunters and job placement firms have told me that they no longer send people to this company as they are well known in the industry for these practices. My only advice is that if you get a call from any insurance placement agency or headhunter to interview for them.... HANG UP !!!! Do not work for or even interview with this company. Like I said before, they are constantly hiring and constantly firing people and they practice age discrimination."
What don't you like about working at Frank Crystal & Co.?
"I was subject to a hostile work environment by my immediate supervisor, a person by the name of Diane Ciaccia. I brought it to the attention of the department supervisor, James Flaherty, who advised me in very politically correct language that I should quit. My work was constantly criticized. I was constantly harassed and verbally abused. I was also subject to what I feel was age discrimination by both of my supervisors that I have just mentioned. I was contacted by a head hunter by the named of Charles Castaldo who I made aware of the goings on at Crystal. Mr. Castaldo would not return my phone calls or emails and did not offer me any advice as to how to handle the situation. I was put in such a bad situation that I wound up resigning after about 10 weeks rather than be fired as hinted at by Mr. Flaherty. This is a very bad place to work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None. The workplace that they run is a doghouse."
