"I was a part of Franchise Tax Board through a third party contractor named OnCore. The work culture was good but the flexibility with which we could accomplish our tasks was minimal as we were not given the freedom to try our solutions, as they wanted to follow a set of practices that they had in place even though few of them did not work. If we were given more freedom the tasks we were given would have been accomplished much more easily."
