What don't you like about working at Thompson Hospitality?

"Lack of planning! They consistently and frequently change objectives, directions, expectations. They are very unsure of where they are going or where they want to go with businesses outside of contract food service business. There is relatively high turn over."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Clearly define positions, expectations and corporate goals before hiring."
