"I've worked for Fragomen from 2011 to 2012 in the offices located in San Jose, Costa Rica and it was a good experience and very good place to work. They've over 40 offices located around the world."
"A great environment and goal, but poor overall direction. Management could be stronger in telling internal clients "no" versus accepting requirement-free tasks. The team have little feel of being a team vs a few talented individuals although they were amiable. It was a positive experience but can be frustrating and needs some time to grow."

"Don't do it. Work constantly. No reward. Want you to work more."

"No corporate promotion policy. Pay is all over the place between similar associates. Political beyond belief. The old guard will not get out of the way. Innefficient."

"Establish an internal review and promote from within. Ask the attorneys what aspect of immigration they enjoy."
