"I have worked for Fox Head Inc. since April 2006. Starting as an intern and working my way up to Graphic Designer 2 the company took a turn and moved most of the jobs to Irvine, CA. I was moved from Sportswear Graphics to Race Wear design in 2011. I had the opportunity to learn a lot of different techniques and products but had no ability to move forward with a low pay rate for the Graphic Design position I was working. Our team was eventually was laid off due to budget cuts."
