"Foxconn is a gigantic company, it really depends on which business unit you work for. As a world top manufacture company, system wise and resources wise, the company is barely up to date, but they still mange to remain world number one, so what can you say. Innovation ideas easily got killed here due to old fashion culture and mentality."
"I worked for the company about five years and I gained so much experience."
"I have worked for this company the past 4 years and I can't deny this company is a really good company if not a perfect company to start a first job. They really care about their employees and they hope to see them for many years, Unfortunately in some of the branches the management team is really focused in the production area so they sometimes forget the team that they have in charge. Other than that they give you the opportunity to grow in a very short time frame. The only thing is that you have to be prepared for changes and for handling all of what the new position comes. Perfect company, overall good company to get some experience and jump to a new position."
"I worked for Foxconn since 2005. This is a Chinese company, not too many jobs are available because they outsource to China. It's a very tedious and stressful company to work for. However, there are plenty of learning experiences available for employees."
"Foxconn is an excellent place to learn and growth."
"Good company. The only complaint is the location, too far from civilization. Another thing is it's slow to give pay rise and the compensation is ok."
"I've worked in Foxcoon sinde 2010 in IT, it's a solid company dedicated to the manufacturing cell phones, computers, tablets, AIO, play consoles, servers and many more components or final products."

What don't you like about working at Foxconn?
"I was expected to create a Houston-based regional team, but when the economy took a downturn, the Houston site was slowed down. I was asked to either relocate to Juarez, Mexico or travel more than the 50% I was already doing. I elected to look for something with better work-life balance opportunities."
