"Great company to work for but after over 5 years of being hard working, loyal and dedicated, they didn't even have the decency to give us a heads up that a company wide layoff was coming and we were let go the day after Christmas. I would have more respect for a company that is HONEST and says "Things don't look so great, we are trying to keep you but you may want to start looking for something else just in case." That way I could have continued working for them but in my spare time put out my resume as many of us are the sole providers for our family and we live paycheck to paycheck."
