"I worked Fotokem from 1997 until October of 2014. Fotokem is a family owned company that is as faithful to its employees as it is to its clients. I was able to advance from standard definition video to high definition and conversions. I never felt underappreciated there and I had the honor of working with highly skilled individuals and for a company that has an outstanding reputation. If not for the lack of work due to changes in technology I would have been happy to work for Fotokem until I retired."
"Needs a professional management team. Very corporate environment, this is not conducive to creative skilled employees. Nepotism and favoritism are big detractors to the overall company product. Unskilled people in over their head with very little client base. The Digital Intermediate dept. has one quality Colorist and the rest are void of creativity. The company should be built around this position yet they have promoted or hired button pushers."
