"A very good employer if you are a doer/implementer & want to work in Green Bay"

What do you like about working at Foth Production?

"they don't push too hard on billable hours or % billable; location of office is not a high traffic area to get to. If you just want to be told what to do, your reasonably creative, flexible, and dependable, it is a much better than average place to work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"be a positive person, but don't give any indication that you might challenge the way things are done"

What don't you like about working at Foth Production?

"They are very closed to changes in the way they do things, and don't want people who challenge the status quo. If you are not embraced by the Green Bay influencers, you can and will be blackballed from work with their clients.Leadership positions require buying into the company in a big way (around a year's salary). Many to most Directors bought in 2-3 times that to get their position. It is not a meritocracy, but does tend to be a good ol' boys club. Way too many Leaders who contribute way too little, but protect themselves, and are unwilling to consider that they don't always know the best way to do things, and might not even know what they are talking about, but hey, how 'bout those Packers!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Move HQ from Green Bay. It is NOT the center of the world, and the company needs to diversify. It is such a big fish in a small pond it misses out on growth opportunities, and thinks it is teh center of the whole world."
