"1, Become familiar with the company, the brands, and the competitors before your interview. 2. Make sure that the position, the limited job responsibilities, and limited advancement opportunities are inline with your career objectives.3, Make sure to get all your questions answered before accepting a job. You might want to consider asking for a lunch meeting with someone who would be a peer before accepting a potential offer."

What don't you like about working at Foster's Group?

"The lack of long term strategic plans and even clearly defined 1 year business plans for each of the brands. It is a very tactical place to work, where even at the Brand Manager level, you will find yourself populating spreadsheets and working budgets most of the time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Consider an overhaul of the current management team, especially on the marketing side of the business.There are several individuals in senior positions who lack the skills and experience needed to take the organization to the next level."
