"Foster Remodeling Solutions is the creation of David Foster. His business model seems to be a successful concept for his Clients, but not so much for his employees. I found David to be unconcerned with the welfare of his workers.To be fair, I only worked for David for 8 months but in that short span of time he displayed a lack of understanding and compassion for the people under him that were the primary source of his success. If you decide to join his team you would be well advised to speak with others that have experience with his management style, then make your decision. The only positive thing I can say about David Foster is that his checks always cleared, however, when you leave his employ you may not receive all the financial benefits you may be promised during your interview.
