Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company was caught in transition between still being the family owned business everyone grew up knowing and expansion into a nationwide retail chain, so I'm not sure where they are at this point with that transition. If they revert back to the family owned neighborhood store it is a great place to work. If not, I'm not sure. It could still be a great place to work if they work out all the kinks."

What don't you like about working at Fortunoff?

"Limited advancement and compensation is not commensurate with the amount of responsibility expected."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have no issue with management, their hands were tied by corporate financing."

"Was given creative freedom to incorporate my own ideas into the design of the website"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"As of right now, Fortunoff does not exist. So my tip would be don'r hold your breathe waiting to hear back from anyone."

What don't you like about working at Fortunoff?

"The archaic backend system and the outdated equipment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To spend money on newer equipment."
