"There are just too many good things to say. One big family and everyone took care of each other."

"Even at the best places to work there is always someone who is not happy, you know anyone who is totally happy with their job Less hours and more money."

"People are the back bone of Fortunoff, be more understanding and loyal."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company was caught in transition between still being the family owned business everyone grew up knowing and expansion into a nationwide retail chain, so I'm not sure where they are at this point with that transition. If they revert back to the family owned neighborhood store it is a great place to work. If not, I'm not sure. It could still be a great place to work if they work out all the kinks."

What don't you like about working at Fortunoff?

"Limited advancement and compensation is not commensurate with the amount of responsibility expected."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have no issue with management, their hands were tied by corporate financing."
