"I’ve worked at Fortera for over a year now. The benefits and leadership are excellent. Pay could be higher but the benefits do offset that a bit, plus there are occasions where the Board will approve a one off bonus. Depending on your position, there are growth opportunities and employees are encouraged to increase their knowledge and skills through online courses, residency programs, and various councils within the credit union. All in all, I absolutely love working at Fortera and am so glad I was given the opportunity to join the organization. Top notch!"
