"Be very flexible for company has not found traction yet and tends to make abrupt changes in direction."

"customer database(s) are not accurate and complicated to use. Information not updated and sometimes contradictory.Suite of products and services need to be sold by one division only. Presently three different divisions may sell same product or service. Confusing for account executives and clients alike."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Scrap data bases presently used and start anew. Too complicated to use and not enough training to make most of the information. Need to dedicate time and resources to initial training."
