"I've worked here for a while and can tell you one thing, it's going downhill fast. They hype it up about how good it is to work here on the website, but there's no job security, they fire people like it's nothing. Used to be a fun place to work, now it's pretty bad with this 7geese goal management software. People are leaving for better jobs and they don't care. They think it's not them. Immediate manager is a nice guy and knows his stuff, but gets puppeted by senior management too easy. Product owners are pretty bad and are a big complaint by dev. Project managers are decent to good, they could be better at managing timelines and pushing back on client demands. One of the Vice Presidents, everyone hates, he loves to talk down and make people feel like a fool in front of everybody when something goes wrong. The best part of the job was my co-workers, but if people keep leaving there's not much else to keep me here."
