"Inadequate product line offering for the specific market hired for. Lack of mfg equipment capabilities and diversity. Formosa decided to elimate the group I was in so they exited the market for converter grade films."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stay away from the converter grade film market unless you purchase new extruders, numerous dies, dedicated sales support staff."
