What do you like about working at Capital Group?

"I liked working at Leprino Foods, and being involved with the processing of milk into cheese and whey powder."

What don't you like about working at Capital Group?

"There was nothing that I did not like doing at Leprino Foods, as the job was challenging and demanded full concentration while operating the forklift."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It is very important for management to perform their jobs to their fullest capacity. Therefore it is their responsibility to teach, train, and recognize the work that they are managing."

What do you like about working at Delphi Automotive?

"I liked the flexibility of going to work everyday and doing a job I enjoyed and being challenged to do my best."

What don't you like about working at Delphi Automotive?

"People who didn't show up for work. Or tried to get out of working certain jobs. Although it made me diverse and I learned many new jobs"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was really good. But being to friendly and going out with your employees is not always a good idea. People try and take advantage of you takes a special boss to be a friend outside of work hours and a boss in the plant."
