"This company can be rough around the edges at times, however, because of that, you are afforded the opportunity to grow and take charge of your experience. They are flexible and take new ideas and perspectives into account. There can be friction between departments, but no more than you would see anywhere else. Managers look after their people and work together to try and move the company towards progress both for the bottom line as well as internal working procedures and methods. I enjoyed working there and would work there again if given the opportunity."
