"Be positive but realize that if you get the job you'll want to just fit in. If you can't do that successfully, within a month you'll be gone. Their idea of fitting in is more important than employee morale, efficiencies, or anything else."

"Huge amount of politics. The lack of adherence to written HR standards. Wasting of money and time due to old-school processes. They have a hard time embracing new employees because most people there have worked there for years and years and their ideas and politics are super entrenched."

"Embrace new employees with positive energy. Allow new employees to bring in modern ideas. Help new employees fit in."
