"Be yourself. The company is laid back and very friendly overall."
What don't you like about working at Forest Health Medical Center?
"It is one of the few 'for profit' hospitals in Michigan. The own's pocket get fatter but they employees struggle with old equipment, outdated computer programs and poor benefits. Working short staffed. Waited 3 years for a very small 'token' raise."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Wise up. Many employees are leaving because our health insurance benefits or health savings account cover nothing."
