"Nowhere to grow. The organization is fabulous in how it treats its employees but the pay is very minimal and not able to move up."

"Restructuring pay scales and growth. Not enough staff for job responsibilities. Staff is treated very well but has little pay and large amount of work worthy of 2-3 people."
