"Just be yourself. Show up to work on time and follow all directions. Become a rule follower. Pay attention to details, work hard and stay focused. They are truly a great company to work for and very hard to leave because they do take good care of you."

What don't you like about working at Ford Motor?

"Only that it was very hot in the summer and we had no air conditioning."

"To listen to what their employees have to say, and invent them into the final decision making process for the entire company. you would be amazed at their ideas."
