"I enjoy all aspects of bookkeeping / accounting work, was able to learn more and work with other department heads to attempt to advance better business policies, employee morale, and general efficiency in all procedures."

What don't you like about working at Ford Motor?

"What I didn't like was that because of the product we were selling, the economy and our out of the way location, the business ended up closing and relocating to N.J."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Employee morale I feel is especially important, a happy employee is usually a productive employee. To oversee as much as possible on a regular basis, (doesn't have to be everyday) that employees are functioning efficiently and accurately. Keep a tight rein on P&L, spending and the bottom line."
