"If you get an interview for a mid level sales management position with Ford these days I suspect your last name is Ford or you have some incriminating evidence."

What don't you like about working at Ford Motor?

"Instability of the car/truck industry. declining market share. Complaining old timers who wanted to go back to the days of no emissions regulations, minimal thought to long term product quality and customer experience = Dinosaurs ruled the Earth."

"Wake up to the 21st century, get lean, get kwik, get the voice of the customer ingrained in the design and production systems."
