"Supervisors treated the employees as if they were babysitting. Cut off of hours really affected the employees."

"Understand that it may not be long term as it was in the past. People were hired and expected to be at Ford for their careers. It is not always that way anymore."

"Under the circumstances, the employment situation. Watching so many good people let go was tough."

"To be more in touch with all employees, not just upper level management."
