"I worked for Ford AV from July 2019 to April 2020 (when COVID hit)- while the learning curve is easy enough to follow and the equipment they install is fun to work with, if you don't like heavy manual labor (I'm not talking about the occasional installation, I'm talking a full eight hours of manual labor for your first few weeks or months), I don't recommend applying for an engineering job with them. The job is much more "construction" than "engineering." And if you finish your work before you fill eight whole hours, you may be asked to perform tasks that you are not suited for. Overall, a good fit for some, not for me."

My relationship with my supervisor was respectful and of mutual understanding and my fellow coworkers were friendly and cooperative. The work was fun, flexible, and challenging, and I learned quite a bit on the job.
