"If you don't like wearing many hats, look elsewhere. This is a relatively small company trying to get out of the startup stage. They've made good progress over the past 5 years, but have stalled lately. The office culture is very good and they embrace a reasonable work/life balance. Benefits/pay are below market value. Many tend to use their roles here as a springboard to the next position."
