What do you like about working at Dick's Sporting Goods?
"The ONLY thing I liked were the non-managerial people who I became friends with."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you cannot get any other job then you have to do what you have to do. But please do yourself a favor and don't get to comfortable. Get out as quickly as you can."
What don't you like about working at Dick's Sporting Goods?
"Everything. They are the most crooked and sneaky company I've ever had the displeasure of working for. Most people who have been there for longer than a year or two know this but most are too afraid to speak up. They will promise you the world and give you nothing. They will work you like a slave and take advantage every way that they can. They will send you on company trips and then stick you with the bill. They will ask you to do things that are not in your job description and unless you have a friend in corporate you will constantly be blackmailed into doing things in order to keep your job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"For management at Woodbridge: Stop discriminating against minorities and sexually harassing the females."
