"Unless you are a conformist mediocre white male don't plan on being promoted past director level. If you like mindless predefined work and administrators that make all the decisions, this place is for you."

"Those in charge have little to no compassion for there employees or customers, only using them for their own gain and power. Ironically this is wrapped in a new vision claiming to do the opposite."

"The preference for senior and mid level yes men will eventually take you out of the game. Hire smart people and let them tell you what needs to be done. Also, look to other industries for leaders."
