What don't you like about working at Food City?

"Store managment was not the right fit at any of the three stores I worked at. They foster a mentality that you advance based on 'who you know' instead of merit. Corporate managment were filled with high school buddies and inadequate people that got their position based on who they knew."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"View store personel as people...not $!"
