"I've worked with Foley Management Group in Florida since 2018 which is owned by the same family as STF Enterprises for whom I also worked while living in Massachusetts before relocating to Florida in 2005. Mr Foley came out of retirement and actively recruited me to join a new undertaking that regrettably will end soon. We remain very good friends and wish one another the best going forward. I was fortunate to lead successful project divisions and teams as a Project Executive for Straticon from 2005 through 2018 on numerous multi-family projects as well as others. Over the past thirty years I have overseen projects ranging in size of over 1 million square feet with construction costs exceeding $200m."
