"Be prepared for a wild ride if you work here. Depending on which department. There is a lot of Buerocracy, Gossip and it doesn't matter how hard you work, you have to be very political or you will be backstabbed!"

What don't you like about working at Focus Diagnostics?

"Boss was very distant, not understanding, too many changes of Bossed 5 in less than 3 years due to aquisition by Quest. Too much politics/Gossip and backstabbing, especially towards some people who are have diffrent personalities or cultures."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To be more fair in obtaining facts before forming opinions about people due to complaints and Gossip."
